Rihanna has joined a never-ending line of celebrities by creating her own perfume.The Barbadian singer's first scent for women, called Reb’l Fleur, a nickname given to her by her grandmother, will debut next month.
The fragrance was created by the Givaudan fragrance house, together with Rihanna, and is composed as such:
Top notes: Red berries, purple plum and peach.
Heart notes: Hawaiian hibiscus flower, violet, tuberose and coconut water.
Base notes: Vanilla, patchouli, amber and musk.
Rihanna reportedly wanted a perfume that reflected her upbringing in Barbados but that also included her new life in LA and NYC: "I wanted something that said "Rihanna was here". Something delicious and special, a fragrance with subtle hints that linger and leave a sexy memory," she told People Magazine.
