Handbag queen Judith Leiber is set to target a new market with the launch of Overture by Judith Leiber, a less expensive collection for those of us who hanker after such fine goods but simply cannot afford the hefty price tags.The 15-piece collection will be sold in upscale department stores and Judith Leiber boutiques in autumn of 2011 with prices starting at $200 (up to $700).
Abe Chehebar, chairman and ceo of Accessory Network Group (JL's licensee), said: "This is all about expanding the horizons of Judith Leiber and enabling a wider audience to be able to own a piece of Judith Leiber."
